Diligent Team at Job Fair

A job fair is a great opportunity to connect with students and our colleagues from different industries and companies. For students, job fairs are the perfect places to connect with employers, and gain insight into the current job market.

Job Fair in Niš

The Job Fair in Nis took place at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering on March 6th and 7th. Our team was in a large venue that brought together a variety of employers from different industries. We had a chance to meet potential candidates for our open positions and internships and make connections with local businesses and companies.

‍

What an amazing event that was! We were especially delighted by the enthusiasm of young students full of potential and knowledge. Right on the spot, students had a chance to participate in our selection process. How? The first part of the selection process for the interns is a screening test. The students who were the most interested in our internship program did the test so we could pre-screen the results before inviting them for an official interview.

Positive energy, networking, sharing knowledge and experience, informational materials, and a great team were presented at the Diligent booth during the two days of the Job Fair.

By location, we are a local company in Nis, but by culture and vision, we are a company growing beyond the borders of our country, whose employees work in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia, and Hercegovina (stay tuned for more ;)). Concerning diversity and a clear vision of growth, we were more than thrilled to participate in Job Fair in Skopje, Nord Macedonia.

The second week on March, 16th and 17th, was reserved for the great students and making new connections in the Faculty of Computer Science & Engineering, Ss.Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.

This was a special experience to explore new ways of thinking and see how many differences (or similarities) we have in two diverse grounds. Our team was open to meeting students and representatives of other IT companies.

Exploring culture, and food, and enjoying interesting activities in Skopje was also a wonderful part of our experience.

Collaboration with BEST

‍

We are constantly encouraging young people and students who are interested in making changes and doing something great for the community. They are talented youth with so much potential and refreshing ideas that make our field creative and innovative. For three years now, we have had a great partnership with the student organization - BEST. Once again, they did a great job passionately organizing Job Fair 2023. We could have seen so much effort and creativity in activities made by hearts.
